Job Summary

Responsibility for supervising the scheduling team. To lead and create a culture of quality and accurate information while managing and leading the daily operations of a team that is both local and remote. Schedule: 2-11pm Central Time on Mon Thurs Fri Sat and Tuesday and Wednesday.

Supervisory experience and Call Center Management Skills are required.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTION

Supervise the day to day functions of the Scheduling Department and is the key contact for internal management as well as hospital administration.
Coordinate all schedules as needed in an assigned market.
Schedule relief cases as needed.
Confirm and send schedules to teams in an assigned market.
Monitor the quality performance of the department.
Determine and implement solutions for any deficiencies in service levels.
Confirm/Coordinate call schedules vacation schedules PTO or other as needed.
Lives the SpecialtyCare Values Integrity Care Urgency andImprovement.
Other duties as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

Associates degree in a related field.

Experience:

Three (3) - (5) years of experience in a business office function.
Equivalent education and experience.

Knowledge and Skills:

Ability to perform work accurately and thoroughly.

Disclosures:
Pay Estimate: $54000-$86400 (Several factors such as specific skill set education level certifications and years of experience are considered to determine actual compensation.)
