Job Summary
What success looks like in this role:
- Monitor system performance troubleshoot issues and ensure high availability.
- Execute Standard Operational Tasks
- Incident Logging & Documentation - Record incidents and resolutions in ticketing systems.
- Maintain documentation for cloud environments and operational processes.
- Apply best practices for cloud security compliance and cost optimization.
- Automate provisioning configuration and monitoring of cloud resources.
You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 0-2 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
