About the Role

We are currently looking for a Meat Buyer to join our Procurement this role youll take the lead on sourcing domestic meat for processing through our multi-species tray packing facility at Arndell Park.

Reporting to the Procurement Manager - Meat & Livestock youll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure we have the raw materials available to meet customer requirements both in terms of quality and timelines. Youll also have the chance to expand your network across Australias domestic and export protein markets.

About you

Youll bring:

Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role
Strategic thinking and planning skills
Sound organisation and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
FMCG industry experience (desirable)
AUSMEAT Meat specification course (desirable)
