The role

• Continuing Full time
• Level B - $113841 to $134965 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
• Bathurst

As a Lecturer in Engineering you will teach a broad range of undergraduate subjects in our newly introduced electrical engineering this teaching-focused role you will deliver high-quality student-centred teaching across face-to-face and blended modes as well as contribute to curriculum development academic administration and maintain strong industry engagement.

This position is required for face-to-face teaching on our Bathurst campus and therefore remote work options are not available. A generous relocation package may be offered to the successful candidate to assist with relocating to Bathurst to take up this opportunity.

About you

• A doctoral qualification relevant to electrical engineering or similar or equivalent accreditation and standing.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to delivering high quality student centred learning and teaching.
• Significant knowledge and understanding of electrical engineering (ideally power systems and/or power engineering).
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and independently in an academic setting.
• Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status or equivalent is desirable.
