Youlllove what you do and take pride indelighting our guests:
- You willberesponsible forwith creating real connections and spending time getting to know our guests building relationships and institutional knowledgeto ensure ourguests receive nothing but the best experience.
Youllalsoanticipateguest needs and build rapport with customers andsharingknowledge with the relevant teams. Proactivelyseekingto greet the guests throughout the hotel especiallyupon arriving in the lobby andperformguest rooming. Performing check-in and check-out procedures including reservations and financial transactions and even special occasions. - Our values of PassionPersonalityRespect WorkingTogetherandCreativityguide useach and aGuest RelationsHostyoullhave the opportunitytobring these to life andcontinue to create our legacy.
Our hotels are trulyluxuryhotels. This requires preventing and correcting the imperfections and blemishes that tend to come up. Our Hosts are relied upon to report these and work with several other positions to correct. - Light work standing and walkingfrequentlyfor up to entire work shift. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally up to 20 or more pounds occasionally exerting a negligible amount of forcefrequently including constantly to reach lift carry push pull grasp manipulate or otherwise move objects i.e. pieces of paperfilesand binders. Frequent use of computer keyboard and computer mouse near and far acuity (vision) hearing of bending squattingtwistingand turning. As a seasonal property long hours during peak periods sometimesrequired.
- Due to the nature of the hospitality industry employeesare required towork varying schedules including weekends and holidays to accommodate the business and demands of the hotel.
