Qualifications- Bachelors degree in business administration Information Technology Finance or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in business analysis process design or a related role preferably in alarge-scale ERP implementation.
- Strong understanding of business process modeling and workflow design.
- Excellent analyticaland problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and business analysis tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonalskills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functionalteams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in Business Analysis or related fields.
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Oracle or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Familiarity with change management principles and practices.
- Knowledge of financialprocesses including payment systems invoice processing supplier management and ISO/XMLbank integrations.
