The primary duties of this position include transporting children and coordinating and supervising visitation between children and their families. The position also receives and documents reports of abuse and neglect involving children and vulnerable adults. Reports may be received in person by phone or via email and are entered into the departments data system.
This position assists professional social services workers and public social services agency staff with daily case management activities and provides support to ensure services are delivered effectively and in accordance with policy.
