Detailed Description:

Oversees the planning execution and completion of security construction projects ensuring they are delivered on time within budget and to quality standards. Coordinates and manages resources contractors and stakeholders while monitoring project progress and addressing issues as they arise. Ensures compliance with safety regulations prepares project documentation and reports and facilitates effective communication between all project participants.

Job Requirements:

Leads the Security Systems Projects team and as a team member provides direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and highly complex requiring the application of advanced technical and business skills within the area of specialization. Preferred qualifications include 8 years of relevant experience and a BTech/BE degree.

Job functions:

• Reports to Director Security Systems.
• Manage security systems projects (new office office downsize retrofit upgrades decom) in the AMER region.
• Support Oracles Global Real Estate Project Managers within the AMER Region plus Regional Security Director to Design & Develop Security Scope of Work & Bid / Tender Documents.
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans conferring with management.
• Determines project responsibilities by identifying project phases and elements; assigning personnel to phases and elements; reviewing bids from contractors.
• Determines project specifications by studying product design customer requirements and performance standards; completing technical studies; preparing cost estimates.
• Confirms system performance by designing and conducting tests.
• Determines project schedule by studying project plan and specifications; calculating time requirements; sequencing project elements to ensure projects meets the timeline/First Day of Business.
• Maintains project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Controls project plan by reviewing design specifications and plan and schedule changes; recommending actions.
• Controls project costs by approving expenditures; administering contractor contracts.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting analyzing and summarizing information and trends recommending actions.
• Maintains project data base by writing computer programs entering and backing up data.
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing and complying with companys policies procedures and regulations.
• Maintain contingency workforce engaged through the supplier.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Responsibilities

Job requirements:

• Candidates for this position must have a strong Security background in Designing Access Control & CCTV Systems.
• They shall be responsible for writing technical specifications & developing Security Scope of Work & Bid Tender Documents for Security Vendors to bid from.
• This position shall require travelling to our Field Offices Regionally to attend project coordination (kick-off) meetings with our Field Real Estate Project Managers Regional Security Director Architects and General Contractors.
• Strong organizational & clear communication skills are absolutely required. Individuals in this position must be self-motivated requiring little or no direct supervision; they must demonstrate strong multitasking ability to manage multiple different projects in their life cycle from conceptual design phase through implementation testing & commissioning.

Additional details:

• This position requires a clear background check along with 5+ Years of Experience Working within the Security Industry.
• Working knowledge of Lenel OnGuard & Software House CCURE Access Control Systems and Milestone & Genetec Video Management Systems for Closed-circuit television (CCTV).
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD 2020 or higher is desirable; Word Processing & Excel Spreadsheet skills are absolutely required.
• Professional associations within Security Industry such as ASIS membership & CPP Licenses are desirable but not required.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $97500 to $199500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.
