Are you an experienced property litigation specialist seeking a new challenge with a highly regarded central London firm Our client is looking for a talented Senior Associate to join their established team working on high-value complex property disputes for a diverse client base. About the Role

• Position: Senior Associate Property Litigation

• Location: Central London office with hybrid working (23 days in office per week)

• Salary: (dependent on experience)

• Team: Award-winning property litigation department handling commercial/residential landlord & tenant disputes boundary issues leasehold enfranchisement and real estate litigation

• Client Base: A mix of private clients developers landlords and corporate occupiers

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on a broad range of property litigation matters including commercial and residential landlord & tenant disputes

• Manage complex cases from instruction through to resolution including court hearings mediations and settlements

• Draft legal documents correspondence and witness statements

• Mentor junior team members and contribute to business development

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with minimum 5 years PQE in property litigation

• Proven experience in a recognised UK practice

• Strong technical knowledge of landlord & tenant law leasehold disputes and real estate litigation

• Excellent drafting negotiation and advocacy skills

• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team

• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service
