Collins Aerospace is looking for a Production Machine Operator (Woodworking/Veneer) to support manufacturing operations through safe precise and quality-focused machine this role you will work hands-on in a production environment operating woodworking machinery while carefully handling delicate veneer materials and following detailed work instructions to meet quality standards.

This position works in a primarily onsite production environment.

May be required to work overtime as production demands require.

What you will do:

• Operate a variety of woodworking and veneer production machines including presses sanders shears and cutting knives

• Follow detailed work instructions production specifications and standard operating procedures

• Identify document and report quality concerns to ensure product standards are met

• Handle fragile veneer panels with care to prevent damage

• Assist other production areas and team members as needed to support workflow and output

• Maintain a clean organized and safe work area

Qualifications you must have:

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Basic computer skills

• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

• Ability to stand for 8 or more hours per day

Qualifications we prefer:

• At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment

• Prior experience operating production machinery

• Woodworking or veneer manufacturing experience
