What you will do:

Own the Product Delivery Rhythm ensuring smooth execution of sprint planning backlog grooming and tracking progress.
Coordinate QA & Release Readiness establishing predictable processes and performing testing to ensure high-quality releases.
Lead Product Operations maintaining the roadmap documentation and tooling to identify and remove process bottlenecks.

The ideal candidate:

Possesses 3 years of experience in Product Operations Release Management Product Management Project Management or Quality Assurance.
Is process-oriented with a proven track record of transforming disorganised processes into documented efficient systems.
Demonstrates strong project management skills including familiarity with Agile/Scrum managing dependencies and facilitating stand-ups.
