These individuals analyse client needs implement software solutions and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Salesforce system integration at PwC will focus on connecting Salesforce with other systems applications or databases to enable seamless data flow and process automation. You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing integration solutions using various integration technologies and tools such as Salesforce APIs middleware platforms and web services.

The Opportunity

When you join PwC Acceleration Centers (ACs) you step into a pivotal role focused on actively supporting various Acceleration Center services from Advisory to Assurance Tax and Business our innovative hubs youll engage in challenging projects and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. Youll also participate in dynamic and digitally enabled training that is designed to grow your technical and professional skills.

As part of the Managed Services team you will lead the technical excellence of MuleSoft integration solutions that enhance client satisfaction. As a Manager you will oversee strategic ITSM operations mentor junior staff and maintain the stability and continuous improvement of client MuleSoft environments.

Responsibilities

What You Must Have

- Bachelors Degree

- 7 to 11 years of experience

- ITIL Foundation Certification

- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Architect Certification preferred

- Over 68 years of experience with MuleSoft

- Leading complex integration challenges and solutions

- Skilled in MuleSoft architecture and API management

- Supporting integrations with Salesforce and Adobe platforms

- Troubleshooting connectivity issues and API failures

- Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management

- Producing technical documentation and operational runbooks

- Advanced experience with CI/CD pipelines
