Job Summary
Position Summary
As a Financial Business Analyst you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and decision-making. You will be responsible for providing insightful analysis developing financial models and supporting strategic initiatives.
Location: Illinois (Aurora) Hybrid Schedule with two remote days.
Schedule: MondayFriday 8:30 AM 5:00 PM
Salary: $85000 - $107000

Your role at AudioNova:
Financial Planning and Analysis:
- Develop and maintain accurate financial models and forecasts to support business decisions.
- Analyze financial data to identify trends opportunities and potential risks.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations for management.
- Conduct variance analysis to understand deviations from budget and forecast.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets and forecast.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
Ad-hoc Analysis and Reporting:
- Support ad-hoc requests from management and internal customers providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of specific business issues such as profitability pricing or market trends.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and systems.
- Implement new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in finance Business or a related field.
Industry/Product Knowledge Required:
- Hearing healthcare industry knowledge preferred
Skills/Abilities:
- Strong analytical skills and ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel including financial modeling and data analysis techniques.
- Experience with financial planning and budgeting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex financial concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- A proactive and results-oriented approach.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience in financial analysis preferably in a corporate FP&A role.
- Advanced database modeling report creation and report generation experience
