The Manager Professional Services will be in a leadership role that supports the growth and expansion of highly specialized consultants concentrating in Project Management and Project Delivery. They will develop budget recommendations for Executive approval while working closely with the department to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.


Responsibilities:

  • Plan allocate resources and oversee project progress to ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery. Apply advanced project management methodologies and tools to drive optimal outcomes and adapt plans based on evolving requirements.
  • Serve as the primary contact for customers ensuring clear and consistent communication. Proactively address concerns and provide regular detailed project updates to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
  • Champion the nCino platform by aligning customer needs with its capabilities. Drive project success and user adoption through compelling presentations that highlight the platforms strategic value.
  • Provide effective day-to-day leadership to a larger team of employees typically focused on the same day-to-day specialty. Offer clear direction constructive feedback and ongoing support. Mentor team members to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Monitor and manage project profitability and resource utilization. Ensure strict adherence to established processes and standards and continuously identify opportunities for improvement. Be aware of budgeting and the financial impacts of a lack of cost containment at the department level.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate risks addressing challenges promptly. Escalate critical issues to senior management to ensure timely resolution.
  • Act as a dedicated advocate for the customer ensuring project deliverables meet their needs and expectations. Capture lessons learned and provide actionable feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate effectively with sales product and customer success teams to ensure seamless program delivery and customer satisfaction. Resolve dependencies and promote smooth project execution.
  • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the nCino product including its features functionality and value to banking clients. Continuously update and expand product knowledge and conduct informative demonstrations and training sessions.
  • Apply a thorough understanding of agile principles to support efficient and effective implementation processes. Facilitate agile ceremonies and promote a culture of agility within the team.
  • Drive excellence in professional services by developing and implementing best practices methodologies and standards. Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction across all projects.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation within professional services leveraging new technologies and methodologies to enhance service offerings and deliver greater value to clients.
  • Serve as the primary contact and advisor for SI partners delivering nCino solutions providing guidance and ensuring alignment with project goals. Address customization requests by conducting and presenting tradeoff analyses to customers supporting informed decision-making.
  • Leverage AI tools and techniques to enhance work efficiency and optimize business operations by automating routine tasks to improve accuracy save time and minimize errors.
  • Utilize AI-driven insights to refine decision-making elevate customer experience and boost team productivity while ensuring its application provides measurable value driving innovation and smarter ways of working.
  • Stay informed on AI advancements to drive continuous learning and scalable growth opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Management Information Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of professional experience with at least 2 years in a management role.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform(s)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Salesforce experience.
  • PMP/PMI certification preferred.
  • Previous managerial experience.
  • Position may require up to 70% travel.
  • Previous project management experience.
  • Background in multiple lines of business in banking.
  • Familiarity with agile software delivery practices and concepts.
