Job Summary

Essential Functions

Assist in performance of month-end close activities including journal entries and supporting documentation account reconciliation and analysis and financial statement generation review research and distribution.

Perform recurring financial team duties (with Manager oversight) including processing daily banking activity maintaining fixed asset and depreciation records preparing sales and use tax returns assisting with preparation of the company budgets specialized reporting as required and maintaining general ledger accounts and financial statement structures.

Work with Manager and Senior Financial Accountant to develop responses to reporting and research requests as made by Finance Department customers and complete projects assignments as requested from CFO and FR Manager.

Identify develop and implement process improvements to shorten the time required to perform the monthly close and to enhance the quality of information provided to the Finance Department customers.

Performs other duties as assigned.
