Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Strategy
- Manage multiple related projects.
- Develop detailed project plans including timelines resource allocation and risk mitigation.
- Execution & Delivery
- Manage subcontractor or cross-functional teams to implement project target.
- Monitor progress using tools like MS Project ensure adherence to milestones and budgets.
- Manage change requests scope creep and dependencies while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage project quality and HSE.
- Stakeholder Communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients executives and technical teams.
- Provide regular updates on project status risks and key decisions via reports and presentations.
- Risk & Budget Management
- Identify and resolve project risks execution issues with agility and resourcefulness.
- Track project financials including forecasting invoicing and ROI analysis.
Qualifications
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Automation HVAC or related field.
- Masters degree preferred.
- Experience:
- 15+ years in project management for building automation system.
- 10+ years project management in the field of automation system in manufacturing industry such as pharmaceutical semiconductor etc. Familiar with all related utility system from design engineering construction and commissioning.
- Be familiar with pharmaceutical industry automation regulation standard and validation procedure.
- Proven success in managing multi-million-dollar projects from design to final acceptance.
- Certifications:
- First-class Registered constructor(一级注册建造师)
- Senior engineer certification
- PMP
- Other Skills:
- Proficiency in building automation system T&C experience preferred;
- Be familiar with HVAC principle;
- Good communication negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Fluent in both written and verbal Chinese and English.
