About the Role

Were seeking a passionate Psychologist Counsellor or suitably qualified Allied Health professional to join our growing team based in Mount Gambier South Australia.

Youll provide face-to-face and Telehealth mental health and wellbeing support to participants engaged in employment and vocational education programs. The role is varied and highly rewarding supporting people to overcome barriers build confidence and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-on-one and group Allied Health consultations to support participants.
  • Provide both in-person and Telehealth sessions as appropriate.
  • Design and deliver outcome-based high-quality assessment and intervention services.
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and maintain privacy standards.
  • Provide personalised support connecting participants with community resources.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and maintain registration requirements.
  • Promote a safe and healthy work environment in line with organisational policy.

About You

Youre a compassionate qualified professional whos passionate about helping people build confidence and resilience through meaningful mental health support. You thrive in a role that combines autonomy with teamwork and youre ready to make a real difference in a regional community.

Key Requirements:

  • Fully qualified AHPRA Registered Psychologist or Provisional Psychologist.
  • Registered Counsellors (PACFA ACA or equivalent) are also encouraged to apply.
  • AAWS Registered Social Workers will also be considered.
  • Experience delivering Mental Health services in employment community or allied health settings.
  • Ability to design and deliver individual and group interventions.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
  • Experience within a clinical governance framework.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
