Job Summary
Job Responsibilities:
The Citadel The Military College of South Carolina is seeking applicants for a part-time Front Desk Receptionist in our Academic Support Center to work Monday - Thursday evenings.
In this role you will:
- Be responsible for assisting students with scheduling appointments using WC Online
- Politely and professionally greet students faculty staff and visitors who enter the center
- Handle administrative duties throughout the shift (checking and responding to emails printing ATP forms and tests sent by professors filing tests completing exam spreadsheet daily completing testing roster making copies and checking for students testing with accommodations etc.).
- Monitor video recording testing room for students testing and the computer lab
- Be sure all students are following the center policies.
- Must be able to manage a multi-phone line system and direct calls accordingly.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must have either a high school diploma or a minimum of two (2) years experience in an administrative have strong customer service skills be able to work in a fast-paced environment be organized and be able to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications
Associates degree with 3-5 years of administrative experience.
