Job Summary

81626 - Onboarding & Reward Administrator

This Onboarding & Reward Administrator will report to the Reward Team Leader and will work within the Human Resources directorate based in our Crawley office. You will be a permanent employee.

You will attract a salary of up to 29000.00 (depending on experience) and a bonus of 7.5%. This role can also offer blended working after probationary period (6 months) - 3 days in the office and 2 remote

Job purpose

You will perform the daily Onboarding and Reward tasks ensuring provision quality administration and advice and improving performance.

Dimensions

This position would suit an enthusiastic team player with a customer focus and a keen eye for detail. The ideal applicant will have experience working in a customer service environment and will use their experience to quickly identify the customer needs and provide a thoughtful and accurate solution. You will preferably have experience working in an HR or recruitment field.

No direct reports works in a team of up to 6 members.

No FAL Level

Principal accountabilities

  1. Perform the daily Onboarding and Reward tasks in an accurate and timely way including managing 2 shared inboxes.
  2. You will prepare and issue new starter and internal contracts and appointment letters.
  3. You will arrange start dates ensuring a link is maintained with candidate post-offer acceptance.
  4. Perform pre-employment checks and verification of all required documentation.
  5. Carry out all daily activities regarding the administration of company benefits reconciliation of benefits accounts and invoice validation.
  6. You will work with the Reward Team Leader to ensure a first-class service is delivered and individuals are enrolled into their chosen benefits.
  7. Advise employees and managers with queries around company benefits and entitlements.

  1. Ensure audit targets are complied with.
  2. Manage projects that you are allocated.
  3. Adhere to GDPR and all HR Services processes

Nature and scope

To include:

  • Ability to work to tight deadlines such as payroll close and team service level agreement.
  • Always maintain accuracy and following the team auditing process contributing to the objective of 1%> inputting errors
  • Partake in regular team meetings and contribute to Team Briefs
  • Build supportive relationships with team members and other wider HR personnel to facilitate One HR initiative.
  • Help with the identification and facilitation of improvements to processes.

Qualifications

  • Willingness to take responsibility and assume ownership
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team
  • Concise and accurate written style
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word Excel
  • An aptitude for figure work and ability to manipulate spreadsheets and reconcile accounts.
  • Evidence of administration experience preferably HR Onboarding Payroll or Finance
  • CIPD Level 3 or willingness to study towards.
