Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end execution of SCAYLEs B2B events (online & offline) including trade shows executive dinners networking events partner activations and hosted parties
- Plan track and optimize event budgets in close collaboration with Marketing and Demand Generation
- Develop and evolve scalable event formats creating new concepts together with media and ecosystem partners
- Collaborate closely with Brand Content Paid Marketing and Sales to support GTM demand generation and pipeline goals
- Act as the main point of contact for internal stakeholders external agencies service providers and partners
- Measure event performance against defined KPIs and translate insights into clear optimization actions
Qualifications :
Requirements
- A completed university degree in media and communication studies business administration or a comparable qualification
- 23 years of experience independently managing trade fairs conferences or large-scale B2B or B2C events
- A proactive structured and hands-on working style with a strong sense of ownership
- Excellent communication skills and a customer- and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent English skill; German is a plus
