Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct Tender projects Request for Proposal event for sourcing purposes
- Ensure compliance to policy for all purchases
- Process renewal of contract timely
- Processing PRs & creating new mm codes
- Handling of operation issues related to the purchase & making sure all goods delivered timely
- Conduct market survey for suppliers and products
- Contribute new ideas for system efficiency and delight customer
- Creating of Contract Workplace (CW)
- Price negotiation
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Economics / Statistic / Business Administration / Supply Chain & Logistic Management / International Trade / Marketing / Social Science fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Possess good interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Hands-on experience in using SAP / Ariba / Oracle or any other ERP system will be an added advantage
- Able to work independently and under pressure environment.
