Job Purpose
To ensure effective presentation promotion and sale of products which involves strategic planning coordination and execution of merchandising activities to maximize sales and profitability. |
Job Responsibilities
- Inventory Control:Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability to meet customer demand.
- Sales Analysis:Analyze sales data to identify trends opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Vendor Relations:Maintain strong relationships with vendors to negotiate favorable terms and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Promotional Planning:Coordinate promotional activities and campaigns to boost sales and customer engagement.
- Market Research:Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Budget Management:Manage the merchandising budget ensuring cost-effective operations and maximizing ROI.
- Compliance:Ensure all merchandising activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
Education
Bachelors degree in Business Merchandising Marketing or a related field
Experience
- Minimum five years of experience in merchandising.
