Service Desk Operator

As a Service Desk Operator you will:

• Provide first-line support for unified communications infrastructure including IP telephony video conferencing TV over IP and network connectivity.
• Monitor and manage service requests using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Troubleshoot software applications and communication services for end-users.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve incidents efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of requests incidents and resolutions.
• Guide users on best practices for using communication tools.
• Escalate complex issues while ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Contribute to service improvements by reporting recurring issues and suggesting enhancements. 

Qualifications :

What would make you a fit for the role:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT service or support roles.
• Familiarity with unified communications services including IP telephony video conferencing and network applications.
• Proficiency with software applications knowledge of ServiceNow is a plus.
• Being customer-focused with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fluency in English and French both written and spoken.
