Job Description:
As an early engineer at this high-growth startup you will build AI-powered tools that automate complex sales workflows and unlock deep conversational insights. Working across the full stack you will ship production-grade code collaborate directly with customers and play a foundational role in defining the companys technical architecture and culture.

What you will do:

Develop and maintain end-to-end features using a modern stack of React TypeScript Python and FastAPI.
Design and implement scalable reliable architectures while ensuring high code quality through rigorous testing and CI/CD.
Engage directly with users to translate customer feedback into beautiful intuitive user experiences and effortless workflows.

The ideal candidate:

Has 2 years of experience in high-growth startups with proficiency in React Python and production systems.
Demonstrates a passion for building Gen AI or LLM applications and finding elegant solutions to complex problems.
Thrives in a collaborative setting possessing both the independence to figure things out and a strong customer-centric mindset.
