Job Summary
Shift: Monday-Friday 08:00am-16:00pm.
Salary: 25642.50 basic 10% Team Leader allowance.
Your job duties will include but not limited to the following: Please be advised that the main job title will be Warehouse Colleague with Team Leader allowance.
- Managing and motivating the team ensuring that productivity is achieved.
- Developing and training all team members so that their contributions can be maximized.
- Carrying out daily briefings ensuring that the team is kept up to date with all relevant information.
- Ensuring that all areas of the warehouse comply with the Companies Health & Safety and hygiene policies.
- Ensuring that the shift performance is achieved.
- Pick stock and orders from set locations within the warehouse with the use of MHE.
- Assemble customer orders from the order profile
- Ensure the correct amount of product is picked and built correctly and safely onto pallets in line with warehouse procedures
- Maintain high levels of Health & Safety at all times
- Maintaining high levels of housekeeping throughout the warehouse
Qualifications :
- An in-date Reach Truck Licence is essential for this position.
- Ability to work within a fast paced environment.
- Able to work to targets within a fast pace environment
- Understanding of verbal and numerical reasoning
- Conscientious and reliable nature
