Job Summary
En tant que Vegetation Artist (H/F/NB) vous aurez un rôle dans la production dassets de végétation et des pipelines techniques réfèrent à ces derniers. Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les directeurs techniques les Technical Artist et léquipe de Level Art. Vous serez au centre du rendu des éléments naturels du jeu tout en garantissant des performances temps réel.
Lors de ce stage vos missions principales seront :
- La création dassets végétation (arbres arbustes herbacées)
- Création des LODs/impostors pour loptimisation des performances.
- Application des règles de distribution par biome via des techniques PCG et Houdini.
- Intégration et optimisation des assets dans UE5 :
- Système de Foliage
- World Partition
- HLOD (Hierarchical LOD)
- Gestion des performances et de la mémoire
Qualifications :
- Bonne connaissance des défis et des techniques de rendu en temps réel.
- Un sens artistique affuté pour la composition et le rendu 3D.
- La connaissance de DDCs tels que : SpeedTree Blender Houdini.
- Vous avez une bonne maîtrise des sujets et méthodes procédurales et systémiques.
- Une expérience dans un pipeline complet de création dassets temps réel
- Toute expérience pertinente avec des éditeurs et moteurs de jeux est considérée comme un plus (notamment Unreal Engine 5).
- Vous avez une bonne capacité de communication et vous êtes à laise en anglais.
- Expérience avec des workflows procéduraux et/ou modulaires.
