Job Summary
-Planning and preparation for the new product line.
规划准备新产品的生产线
-Coordination under the support of experts to ensure the new product line ram-up.
在专家指导下协调新生产线的实施
-Manage the process development include preparation of machine tools process and fixtures before SOP as well as quality planning.
过程/工艺开发的管理也包括SOP之前的设备刀具流程和工装的准备以及质量策划
-Quality planning and preparation for the new product line. (PFMEA / SPC / Control plan/PQI and so on).
新生产线的过程质量策划以及准备包括 PFMEA/SPC/ 控制计划/过程操作和检验指导等
-Supporting the purchasing of machines.
协助采购生产设备
-Development and planning of technology for the production area.
生产工艺的开发和规划
-Lead the new machine acceptance spare parts ram-up.
领导新设备的验收备品备件前期的批量生产
-Technical support for outsourced service related to product.
针对外协产品工艺服务的技术支持
-Layout planning and workstation planning of the related product.
产品相关生产线的布局及工作位置的规划
-Continuously optimize the production and process flow investigation of cycle time and carry out time study in cooperation with production and BPS team.
和生产以及BPS团队合作持续优化生产和工序流程研究生产节拍实施时间测量
-Update of working and in-process testing instruction to secure qualified production.
更新工作指导书和在线测量指导书以确保有效的生产
-Investigation of new tools to reduce cycle time and increase life time of tools for cost reduction.
研究新工具降低生产节拍提高工具的使用寿命降低成本
Qualifications :
-Bachelor Degree or above in mechanical or electromechanical engineering major.
机械或机电相关专业本科或以上学历
-Minimum 2 years work experience in process engineering in machining or assembly area.
两年以上机加工或装配工艺工程相关工作经验
-Strong technical background and knowledge of current manufacturing/assembly technology.
ESD knowledge or E/E product experience plus.
优秀的技术背景熟悉现有生产技术; 最好了解ESD 相关知识或有E/E零件经验
-Project management experience.
项目管理经验
-Good knowledge in FMEA control plan SPC and process audit.
对质量管理工具FMEA控制计划SPC以及过程审核有良好的理论基础和实际应用经验
-Good English or German language skills.
良好的英语或德语沟通能力
-Good knowledge about Bosch steering system products is preferred.
了解Bosch转向系统产品优先
-PC and EDP skills (MS Office SAP AUTOCAD).
掌握PC和EDP技能(MS Office SAP AUTOCAD)
-Ability to carry through tasks.
良好的执行力
