Job Summary
Responsibilities 职责
-Coordinate the requirements create software designs and realize infrastructure/ base software components (e.g. bus communication network diagnostics error handling cyber security HSM operating system memory management RTE boot software FOTA CDD etc.).
协调相关方需求创建软件设计及实现的基础软件部分(如通讯网络管理诊断故障处理网络安全硬件安全模块操作系统存储管理运行时环境引导软件云端刷写 复杂驱动等)
-Support customer projects in the implementation of derivation strategies and the project-specific adaption of infrastructure / base software components.
支持在客户项目中实施先期定义的策略及软件基础部分具体的调整
-Design and extend infrastructure / base software components for software of commercial vehicle steering system for all platform generations.
设计及扩展基础软件组件到所有商用车转向系统平台产品的软件
-Support the application of the software to individual customer projects and work out the future software solutions for electro-hydraulic steering systems in the market for highly and fully automated driving.
支持客户项目软件系统的应用收集市场或客户对高度自动驾驶及完全自动驾驶对转向系统的需求制定出未来软件的解决方案
-Work for software projects in an international development network for innovative electric steering systems to fulfill the autonomous driving needs.
在国际研发开发合作框架下为自动驾驶所需的电动转向系统开发软件
-When needed give assistance to other engineers or supervisor in department.
在需要时协助部门的其他工程师及主管安排的其它任务
Qualifications :
Education学历
Bachelors degree or above in computer science electrical engineering or related.
学士及以上学位计算机科学电气工程等相关专业
Experience 工作经验
-3 years or above working experience in embedded software ideally of AUTOSAR and have already applied automotive industry standards (e.g. Automotive SPICE ISO26262 ISO21434);
3年或以上嵌入式软件开发经验熟悉AUTOSAR架构并且有应用汽车行业标准的经验 (如ASPICE ISO26262 ISO21434等)
-Experience in infrastructure/ base software components development (bus communication network diagnostics error handling cyber security HSM operating system memory management RTE boot software FOTA CDD etc.);
有基础软件组件开发经验如通讯网络管理诊断故障处理网络安全硬件安全模块操作系统存储管理运行时环境引导软件云端刷写 复杂驱动等
-Experience with Doors Enterprise Architect Jira Git/bitbucket Lauterbach Trace32 Vector Tools CUBAS Toolchain or other AUTOSAR configuration tools are preferred;
有使用Doors Enterprise Architect Jira Git/bitbucket Lauterbach Trace32 Vector 工具 CUBAS 工具链或其它同类AUTOSAR配置工具者优先
-Experience in motor FOC control is preferred;
有电机矢量控制开发经验者优先
-Good knowledge and experience in the development and validation of software requirements and architectures and have very good knowledge in software development and implementation with C/C;
软件需求及架构开发和验证的经验熟悉软件开发流程精通C/C
-Knowledge in CAN CAN FD SAE J1939 UDS etc;
熟悉CANCAN FD SAE J1939UDS等
-Working experience in multinational companies is preferred;
具有跨国企业工作经验者优先
-Great passion of software development for embedded and steering systems.

Skills 技能
-Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin both written and verbal;
优秀的英语及普通话书面及口语交流技能
-Knowledge of German language desirable;
具有德语能力者更佳
-Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to work in a diverse team;
有很强的人际交往能力能在多样化团队中工作
-Ability to work and deliver under pressure at the customers site;
能够在客户现场压力下工作
-Ability to follow established procedures practices and instructions;
能够遵循既定的程序惯例和指示
-Excellent computer skills in MS office incl. Word Excel PowerPoint.
