Job Summary
Responsible for keeping the buffet serving line and associated storage areas
properly stocked clean and orderly.
- Retrieve food items from kitchen and storeroom areas to replenish the buffet serving line.
- Visually monitor to ensure that food meetings quality standards.
- Deliver and store food in kitchen area; ensure food is properly rotated and kept in a neat organized manner.
- Adhere to sanitation and safety policies and procedures at all times.
Qualifications :
- Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time for the majority of a shift.
- Must be able to lift push and pull a minimum of 40 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work in an environment with varying levels of noise
- temperature and lighting.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with co-workers and management.
- Must be able to wear designated sanitary items (e.g. gloves hair restraints etc.).
- Must be able to obtain/maintain any necessary licenses and/or certifications.
