Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Assemble formers closers loaders and custom automation equipment
- Read and interpret SolidWorks drawings mechanical schematics and build documentation
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues during the build process
- Complete quality checklists and follow all safety procedures
- Submit Production Concerns and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs)
- Assist with crating machines and preparing them for shipment
- Maintain organized work areas following 5S standards
Qualifications
- Twoâyear Automated Packaging degree or equivalent handsâon experience
- Experience using pneumatic/electrical tools drills saws and hand tools
- Ability to navigate SolidWorks models and drawings
- Basic understanding of electrical and pneumatic schematics
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Able to lift 40 lbs regularly (up to 75 lbs with assistance)
Work Environment
- 90% on the manufacturing floor with exposure to tools noise dust and temperature variations
- Frequent standing bending kneeling and reaching

- Machine Builder IV or V is eligible for a Signing Bonus in the amount of $12000
