As the first engineering hire you will architect and build the core technical foundation for a new platform reimagining the future of hospitality. This high-impact role offers immense autonomy to design backend systems cloud infrastructure and data pipelines from scratch blending startup-style ownership with the stability of an established international real estate ecosystem.

What you will do:

Architect and implement core cloud infrastructure backend services and scalable API components
Lead integrations with external systems and establish foundational engineering standards and CI/CD processes
Design and manage secure data flows observability systems and performance monitoring from the ground up

The ideal candidate:

5 years of experience building complex backend systems and distributed platforms using modern cloud stacks
Proficient in Python or TypeScript with strong mastery of SQL data modeling and system design
Proven ability to execute independently in high-ownership environments and a desire to build products from scratch
