Synergie is seeking casual Customer Service Representatives / Tellers to join our team across the Adelaide region. This position is hiring across multiple locations including West Lakes Gawler and Reynella. Candidates must be flexible and willing to work in one of these regions based on operational requirements.

Pay Rate: $38.66/hr

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative/ this role you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences while identifying opportunities to promote and sell products and services that meet our customers needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality customer service via phone email and in-person interactions
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or solutions
Achieve individual and team sales targets through effective communication and relationship-building
Manage customer inquiries complaints and feedback in a timely and professional manner
Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on leads or pending issues
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction
Stay up to date with product knowledge promotions and company policies

Skills & Experience:

Previous experience in customer service and/or sales (retail call centre or financial services experience preferred)
Strong communication interpersonal and problem-solving skills
A proactive and results-driven attitude
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite
