Be responsible for financial controlling for NIVEA marketing digital marketing and integrated in-site & out-site media performance. Detailed daily works incl:
Brand/Category P&L Management
Own the category P&L including gross margin marketing investment and contribution profit; Conduct monthly reporting and analysis of key performance and cost drivers.
Cooperate with brand marketing and digital marketing to coordinate and consolidate the annual budget quarterly/monthly forecasting and strategic long-term plan.
Identify risk and opportunities within the category performance; Prepare data-driven recommendations to facilitate management decision including investment allocation campaign optimization and innovation launch evaluation.
Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at driving brand/category sustainable net sales and profitability growth.
Operational Controlling
Monitor marketing investments forecasting tracking and reimbursement verification; Review PO and pro-actively communicate with marketing team to monitor actual spending.
Implement robust financial controls to ensure accurate accruals phasing and compliance.
Secure safe month-end closing with clear commentary on marketing spend variances.
Closely work with Accounting and IT teams to drive effective internal control and efficient finance related processes.
Full-funnel Media Performance Management
Partner with digital marketing and Ecommerce team to plan analyze and optimize digital media spend across channels (e.g. social exposure paid search in-site AIPL etc.).
Develop and monitor full-funnel media performance metrics (impressions CPC CPUV in-site UV conversion etc.) to assess investment effectiveness and efficiency.
Pro-actively provide actionable insights to improve ROI and lead cross-functional alignments within brand and commercial objectives.
Act as a trusted and supportive business partner to marketing digital and sales teams.
Bachelors degree in accounting or finance related or above
5 7 yeas relevant working experience in Finance Controlling preferably within FMCG e-commerce or digital centric industries
Strong expertise in digital marketing metrics and media performance management
Good written and spoken English
Confident and persuasive with strong influencing skills; ability to win internal support for new ideas and initiatives.
Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work effectively with all levels of an organization.
