Short Role Description: We are seeking an experienced and proactive Product Manager with strong analytical skills and to drive product implementation and ensure successful delivery. You will bridge technical teams and business stakeholders shaping innovative software solutions tailored to the insurance industrys evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct complex discoveries to outline and establish product foundation and roadmap.
Analyze business requirements challenges and objectives; transform these insights into detailed product specifications.
Identify manage and facilitate interactions with stakeholders across various business units to gather requirements propose solution options and validate selected solutions.
Collaborate closely and continuously with customers to ensure product development aligns with their needs.
Develop innovative solutions in cooperation with product teams and R&D departments.
Lead and scale technology products driving their success within the insurance sector.
Create and implement inspiring product visions through in-house product development.
Define and manage clear product roadmaps perform behavioral analyses evaluate feedback and continuously enhance products based on KPIs.
Identify and manage dependencies across multiple vendors and system components.
Prioritize product features based on business value effectively presenting strategies and decisions to stakeholders.
Identify potential technical financial and operational project risks proposing and implementing appropriate mitigation strategies.
Provide ad-hoc analyses and actionable insights to support strategic business initiatives.

What We Expect from You:

Proven experience (5 years) as a Business Analyst Product Owner or similar role.
At least 2 years of experience as a Lead Business Analyst or Product Manager.
Strong ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills including presenting technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities with proven expertise in complex troubleshooting.
Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize critical tasks within a dynamic fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English (Upper-Intermediate/Advanced level).
