Position Summary

LEMOINE is seeking an experienced Commercial Door & Hardware Installer to join our Matrix (Drywall Division). This role will be responsible for installing and managing the majority of our commercial doors door hardware toilet partitions toilet and bath accessories and select interior trim and millwork across commercial construction projects.

This position is commercial-focused only and requires the ability to travel to project sites as needed. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented skilled in commercial hardware systems and capable of working independently or leading a small crew.

Key Responsibilities

• Install commercial door hardware including:
• Locks closers panic devices hinges and specialty hardware
• Install hollow metal and wood doors and frames
• Install toilet partitions toilet accessories and bath accessories
• Perform interior finish work including:
• Wood trim
• Light millwork
• Interior architectural finishes as required
• Read and interpret blueprints hardware schedules and manufacturer specifications
• Coordinate work with field supervision drywall crews and other trades
• Ensure installations meet quality standards code requirements and project specifications
• Maintain a clean safe and organized work area at all times
• Follow all LEMOINE safety policies and jobsite procedures
• Travel to multiple project locations as required
• Potentially lead and coordinate a small installation crew

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience installing commercial door hardware (required)
• Strong experience with:
• Commercial hardware systems
• Toilet partitions and accessories
• Interior trim and finish carpentry
• Ability to read construction drawings and hardware schedules
• Familiarity with commercial construction environments (schools healthcare office industrial etc.)
• Willingness and ability to travel for project work
• Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
• Ability to work independently and meet project schedules
• Leadership experience or ability to lead a crew is a plus

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry materials up to 50 lbs
• Ability to stand kneel bend and climb as required by jobsite conditions
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying jobsite environments
