GROWING company is looking for an HR Generalist/HR Manager (title depends on experience) to provide the full range of HR support to one of their plants in Wills Point TX.

SUMMARY:
- Will provide the full range of HR Generalist support to around 160 employees (and growing) at one of the companys non-union manufacturing plants
- Will work closely with plant leadership

REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years of HR Generalist experience
- Some experience in a manufacturing plant or similar industrial setting is preferred but not required
- Creative/innovative mindset
