Job Summary

We are looking for a communicative and open-minded customer service representative in Greece. You would be working within a large international platform that collaborates with major brands to provide high-quality services and solutions.

Role Description:

As a Customer Service Advisor for the Portuguese market you will handle customer inquiries through inbound calls chat and back-office tasks. Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support issue resolution answering questions managing requests and providing solutions in a professional empathetic and results-oriented manner.

You are a native Portuguese speaker with advanced business English
you hold EU Passport or Greek Residence Card
You have a strong customer focus and always ready to help

You are a real team player and enjoy working in multicultural environments
