Polish Speaking Airline Customer Care Specialist
Introduction
We are hiring a Polish Speaking Airline Customer Care Specialist to support passengers of a well-known airline. The role is based in Greece and includes a full relocation package.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with flight bookings changes and cancellations

Handle inquiries related to baggage check-in and travel policies

Support customers via phone email and chat

Resolve issues efficiently and professionally

Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements

Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and good English

Customer service experience is preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
