Spanish Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist
Introduction
As a Spanish Speaking E-Commerce Support Specialist you will support customers of a leading online platform. This position is based in Greece with a full relocation package included.
Responsibilities

Assist customers with online orders payments and deliveries

Handle customer inquiries across multiple channels

Troubleshoot platform- and order-related issues

Escalate complex cases when needed

Ensure high customer satisfaction
Requirements

Fluent Spanish (C1/C2) and good English

Experience in e-commerce or customer support is an advantage

Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills

Comfortable using digital systems

EU passport or valid Greek work permit
