Job Overview
We are hiring Italian & English-speaking Car Rental Reservations Agents to join a fast-paced contact centre environment in Malta. The role focuses on handling inbound customer reservations providing accurate rental information and supporting sales-related activities while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls related to car rental reservations
- Assist customers with bookings modifications and inquiries
- Upsell additional services and products when appropriate
- Accurately update customer details in the system
- Meet quality productivity and sales targets
- Deliver professional customer service in Italian and English
Requirements
- Fluent Italian & English (spoken and written)
- Customer service or call centre experience is an advantage
- Sales-oriented mindset
- Good computer and system navigation skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts including weekends
- Only local candidates based in Malta
- Willingness to attend face-to-face interviews
Salary & Benefits
Hourly Rate & Approx. Monthly Salary
- Month 1: 5.60/hour 970/month
- Month 2: 8.10/hour 1400/month
- After Probation: 8.50/hour 1470/month
- After 12 Months (performance-based): 8.75/hour 1515/month
- After 18 Months (performance-based): 9.20/hour 1595/month
Additional Benefits
- Performance Bonus: 2000 per year
- Commission: Sales-based
(Eligible 2 months after going live post-training) - Language Allowance: 85 per month
