Job Summary

Job Description:

FixtPT Physical Therapy and Wellness is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team in Lawrenceville Georgia. As the Operations Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our physical therapy and wellness clinic ensuring that all aspects of the business run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and supervise the daily operations of the clinic including scheduling patient flow and staff productivity

- Oversee the hiring training and performance management of all clinic staff

- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency and ensure compliance with industry regulations

- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability

- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure high-quality patient care and customer service

- Maintain inventory and order supplies as needed

- Manage the clinics budget and financial reporting

- Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the clinics operations

- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

- Handle any patient or staff complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner

- Conduct regular staff meetings and provide ongoing training and development opportunities for employees

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in business administration healthcare management or a related field

- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a management or leadership role preferably in a healthcare setting

- Strong leadership and communication skills

- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic medical records systems

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements

- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

- Passion for providing exceptional patient care and customer service

- Experience in physical therapy or healthcare operations is a plus
