Work Schedule

Initial Schedule (12-hour window):

  • Monday to Sunday 07:00 19:00
  • Two shifts:
    • 07:00 16:00
    • 10:00 19:00

Future Schedule (TBC by client):

  • 24/7 rotational shifts Monday to Sunday
  • 2 rotational days off

Role Overview

As a Marketing Customer Support Advisor you will support advertisers by managing and resolving product-related issues while delivering high-quality customer support. The role involves troubleshooting advertising products and collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support to advertisers via digital channels (e.g. email/chat).
  • Handle end-to-end troubleshooting of advertising and campaign-related issues.
  • Support paid campaign-related inquiries and platform usage questions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical or product-related cases.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and adherence to service levels.

Requirements

  • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
  • Mandatory experience in paid campaign management.
  • Degree in Marketing or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Digital Marketing.
  • Previous experience in a Contact Centre or Service program within an Advertising Tech company.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: 880 x 14 months
  • Performance Bonus: N/A
  • Complexity/Allowance Bonus: 80 x 11 months
