Senior O2C Specialist Dutch Speaking
Location: Porto Portugal (On-site Relocation required)
About the role
We are looking for an experienced Senior Order-to-Cash (O2C) Specialist with strong Dutch language skills to join a dynamic finance team supporting O2C operations for medical diabetes devices. Based in Porto Portugal you will play a key role in ensuring accurate order processing billing and cash collection while delivering high-quality service to Dutch-speaking stakeholders across the region.
Relocation support
Relocation to Portugal is mandatory. A full relocation package is provided including flight tickets hotel accommodation and full relocation assistance.
Only candidates with an EU passport or a valid Portuguese work permit can be considered.
Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for diabetes medical device accounts

Ensure accurate and timely order entry invoicing and revenue recognition

Monitor accounts receivable and support collection activities when required

Handle complex billing inquiries and resolve discrepancies professionally

Collaborate closely with Finance Sales and Customer Service teams to improve processes

Ensure compliance with internal controls policies and quality standards

Support and guide junior team members sharing best practices
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch (written and spoken)

Strong command of English

Proven experience in Order-to-Cash Accounts Receivable or Finance Operations

Solid understanding of financial processes and ERP systems

Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience in the medical devices or healthcare sector is an advantage

EU citizenship or valid Portuguese work permit is mandatory
