Dutch-Speaking Customer Success Fleet Management
Location: Lisbon Portugal
Onsite Relocation required
Introduction
We are looking for a Dutch-Speaking Customer Success Specialist to support fleet management services for a global mobility partner. Youll build strong customer relationships and ensure clients receive proactive support that enhances their experience and operational success. This role suits professionals with strong communication and customer relationship skills.
Relocation is required. We offer a relocation package including flight tickets hotel accommodation and relocation assistance.
Only candidates with an EU passport or valid Portuguese work permit can be considered.
Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for Dutch-speaking fleet customers

Proactively manage customer relationships and expectations

Coordinate service requests and follow through to resolution

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements

Fluency in Dutch and strong English communication skills

Experience in customer success account management or support

Strong organisational and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
