Team Member Maintenance

Job Roles & Responsibilities (Prior experience in the relevant role is not required)

• Intensive in troubleshooting Elec Mech PLC Tools Jigs & fixtures Hyd & pneumatics technical procedures drawings and safety with the maintenance team.
• Requires high skill level on preventive predictive and breakdown maintenance for component replacement & LOTO on both Elec & mech
• Constructs and maintains service equipment mechanical systems assembles and installs mechanical assemblies.
• And maintenance document maintaining like ISOTSGSSF 3Global standards & BIQS
• Installs services and repairs lighting fixtures electrical panels outlets and wiring.
• Operates power hand tools and other specialized electrical equipment.
• Installs repairs and services specialized electrical equipment and machinery.
• Read & understand on electrical circuit diagrams plc ladder diagrams & Mechanical tools Fixtures & Jigs Drawings
• Requisitions material and supplies from maintenance stockroom; calls vendors to discuss needs for parts and supplies and recommends purchases and suppliers.
• Should be fast learners and self-motivated independent worker.
• Ability to work under pressure and the willingness to work in varying conditions.
• Transfers primary power from one power source to another.
• May do other trades work incidental to electrical work.
