Job Summary

  • Key tasks

  • A. China Real Estate Operations Integration

1. Establish and run a standardized operating rhythm across all China sites (monthly ops reviews KPI dashboard supplier performance reviews and corrective action tracking).

2. Consolidate and optimize hard/soft facility management service delivery (maintenance utilities repairs inspections and daily work orders) ensuring stable operations and consistent service levels across sites.

3. Lead supplier governance: tender input SLA/KPI definition performance evaluation service quality audits and continuous improvement with vendors/contractors.

4. Drive cost control: annual budgeting rolling forecast variance analysis accrual alignment with Finance and spend transparency by site/service tower.

  • B. Sustainability Execution

1. Convert sustainability roadmaps into executable site actions: energy efficiency programs utilities optimization compliance readiness and coordination of data collection/reporting across sites.

2. Coordinate with HSE and relevant stakeholders to ensure environmental and safety compliance in facility operations and contractor works including work environment requirements and documentation readiness.

  • C. Projects / Improvements

1. Support / plan / oversee prioritized facility and workplace projects ensuring minimal business disruption strong safety performance and quality delivery.

2. Ensure project governance discipline: scope control schedule risk management cost estimation logic change control and handover/closure reporting.

  • D. Stakeholder Management & Communication

1. Act as a primary integrator between Sites Procurement Finance HSE IT HR and Global RE; prepare concise management-ready reporting on issues risks and decisions.

Competencies experience and attitudes to do the job

Experience

1. 8 years relevant experience in industrial facilities / corporate real estate / project management / FM operations (regional exposure preferred).

2. Demonstrated experience leading projects in live production environments with high safety and work-environment demands.

3. Solid knowledge of real estate / construction / facility-related laws and regulations; capable of translating compliance requirements into execution.

4. Strong capability in cost estimation budgeting and commercial assessment for construction/FM scopes.

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree majored in Engineering or related;

2. More than 8 years working experience as project manager

3. Good communication skills to handle professional English in speaking and writing

4. Good micro-soft skills

5. Be open and team work

6. Have high integrity
