Were seeking a customerdriven Staff Implementation Engineer to lead the deployment of our Vocera communication solutions across hospitals in Australia and New Zealand.
Youll partner with clinicians IT teams and internal stakeholders to deliver smooth highimpact implementations that enhance communication and patient care.
This role could be based in Melbourne Sydney or Brisbane and has a high degree of travel across Australia - up to 60% at times.
What Youll Do
Lead the planning installation configuration and validation of Vocera communication systems.
Work with clinical teams to understand workflows and turn requirements into scalable system designs.
Integrate Vocera with nurse call patient monitoring EHRs phone systems and other hospital technologies.
Assess customer wireless networks onsite and recommend remediation to achieve Vocera voicegrade performance.
Deliver clear engaging training to customer IT teams and support staff.
Troubleshoot technical issues optimise system performance and support customers through complex challenges.
Communicate proactively with customers project teams and internal stakeholders.
Mentor internal colleagues and contribute to a strong collaborative team culture.
Maintain the highest standards of data security and confidentiality.
What Youll Bring
Degree in Computer Science/IT or equivalent experience.
4 years in technical support or implementation across Windows & Linux environments.
Experience using HL7/ADT to integrate nurse call EHR or physiological monitoring systems highly regarded
Understanding of business-grade wireless networking (Ekahau experience highly regarded).
Knowledge of TCP/IP network security and load balancers highly advantageous
Experience in healthcare highly advantageous
