Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join a growing team. This is a fully remote position offering an excellent opportunity for an individual with a passion for client service and a desire to grow within the insurance industry. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy eager to learn and possess strong organizational and communication skills.

Compensation Package

  • Hourly Rate: $18 - $22 per hour (commensurate with experience)

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients ensuring their needs are met promptly and professionally.
  • Manage a book of business with accounts typically under $50000 in premium including a significant number of contractor accounts.
  • Assist with quoting new and renewal business as needed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized client records using EPIC software.
  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and company policies to provide informed support to clients.

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in the insurance industry (preferred).
  • Proficiency in using EPIC software or similar platforms is a plus.
  • Strong technical skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • A proactive and eager attitude with a willingness to be trained and grow within the role.
  • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
  • Must be based in Texas.
