ABOUT THE ROLE

Are you passionate about learning and technology and eager to make an impact on a global scale Join our Global Talent & Development team as an LMS & Talent Intern where youll help manage our SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) and contribute to exciting global talent initiativesincluding the rollout of a new People Management Capability this role youll play a key part in shaping how thousands of employees learn grow and lead.

Responsibilities

• Manage the LMS: Support day-to-day operations of SAP SuccessFactors ensuring courses programs and learning events are set up accurately and run smoothly.

• Support innovation: Explore and test new features and functionalities to enhance learner engagement streamline processes and elevate the overall platform experience.

• Collaborate globally: Partner with HR Global Talent & Development and regional business teams to design engaging content and deliver impactful learning solutions across the organization.

• Analyze and optimize: Develop standard and tailored reports to track and monitor learning data uncover actionable insights and recommend enhancements that drive platform optimization.

• Contribute to HR Gen AI capability building: Be part of the team driving our GenAI capability-building initiatives within HR.

• Support global talent initiatives: Contribute to projects in leadership development performance management and employee engagement.

• Assist program rollout: Help coordinate the global launch of our new People Management Capability program including but not limited to logistics and communication efforts.
