Responsibilities: - New business development of Air Handling Units market in Hungary with accountability for sales budget within thecountry - Work with the Sales Leader to develop a business plan for the appointed region. Collaborate alongside both regional andnational colleagues to support the growth of AHU products within the marketplace - Creating and building customer portfolio searching for clients and cultivating new business opportunities - Assess customer requirements and advise on the most appropriate solutions options to meet their needs based oncomprehensive site surveys and liaison with the customer - Prepare quotations for Air Handling Units (AHU) product and solutions and follow up with customers. Logged details onthe system - Achieve agreed sales goals and targets - Prepare monthly sales forecasts attend sales & technical meetings were required.
Qualifications: - Passion and energy for exploring and building a new market - Demonstrated technical sales experience and knowledge of AHU products and market (min. 1 year) - Engineering degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineer HVAC Engineer) or waste experience in AHU technical roles - Sound technical knowledge of AHU products and solutions with the ability to identify the needs and provide the bestsolution for the customer - Reediness to frequent travels across East Hungary (80% of the time).
Key Competencies: - Full driving license - Must be flexible professional and communicate well with internal and external stakeholders - Team player - Effective sales and negotiation skills with the hunter approach - High standard of personal presentation.
